Middle management programme
This a management development programme for middle managers in the entire Group.
This programme will contribute to the development of value-based and business-oriented leadership, and will support the Group's vision to become the world's most future-oriented mail and logistics group.
The programme consists of 3 course sessions over a total of 10 days. These course sessions focus on culture and relationship skills, change management, coaching, business management and understanding value chains.
Each group consists of 21 participants from all divisions in the Group in order to increase cooperation and the exchange of experiences across the Group. Between the course sessions the participants work on their development plan based on discussions with their own manager and the 360-degree management profile. They also work on an improvement project for their own unit, focusing on the implementation of Norway Post's values with reference to a specific improvement issue.
