Diversity and integration

Posten Norge AS offers an inclusive and diverse workplace, which means that its personnel represent a wide range of ages, gender, religion and ethnicity.


Ethnicity in particular is a main focus of the Group in its work with diversity and integration. In addition to internal measures, various external measures have been implemented to promote inclusion of primarily unemployed immigrant women. Read about some of these initiatives here.

Our employees come from many different countries and represent different cultures, languages and religions. In 2013, 13.51 per cent of the Group’s employees in Norway had immigrant backgrounds.

The Group’s core values
