By following new paths in the areas of recruitment and integration Norway Post will contribute to the integration of ethnic minorities into Norwegian society.
Norway Post has a long tradition of cultural diversity in its recruitment and in the last decade has built up an ethnically and culturally diverse workforce. Today the workforce is made up of around 70 nationalities and 11% of the Group's employees in Norway have immigrant backgrounds.
