Diversity and integration
By following new paths in the areas of recruitment and integration Norway Post will contribute to the integration of ethnic minorities into Norwegian society.
Norway Post has a long tradition of cultural diversity in its recruitment and in the last decade has built up an ethnically and culturally diverse workforce. Our workforce is made up of around 70 nationalities and 11 percent of the Group's employees in Norway have immigrant backgrounds.
Initiatives that promote integration are carried out on both local and corporate levels. Read about some of these initiatives here.
